What to Include in Your Support Request
To help us assist you more quickly and effectively, please include the following information in your support request:
- Device Type: Tell us what device you're using (e.g., "Samsung Galaxy S21", "iPhone 13", "Google Pixel 6")
- Operating System Version: Include your OS version (e.g., "Android 13", "iOS 16.5")
- App Version: You can find this in the app settings or "About" section

Issue Description: Describe the problem you're experiencing in detail:
- What were you trying to do?
- What happened instead?
- When did this start happening?
- Can you reproduce the issue consistently?
- Screenshots (if applicable): Screenshots can help us understand the issue more quickly
Example Support Request:
"I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S21 with Android 13 and PieForge version 1.2.3. When I try to start a timer for the cast iron pan recipe, the app crashes immediately. This started happening yesterday after I updated the app. I can reproduce it every time I try to start that specific timer."
Response Time
We strive to respond to all support requests within 2-3 business days. Complex issues may require additional time to investigate and resolve.
Please note:
- We respond to requests during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time)
- Requests received on weekends or holidays will be addressed on the next business day
- Critical issues affecting app functionality are prioritized
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reset my password?
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it through the app by tapping "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Follow the instructions sent to your email address.
Can I use PieForge without an account?
Some features may be available without an account, but creating an account allows you to sync your recipes and settings across devices.
How do I purchase the Recipe Book?
The Recipe Book can be purchased as an in-app purchase. Navigate to the Recipe Book section in the app and follow the prompts. Payment is processed securely through your app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
Why isn't my timer working?
If timers aren't working correctly, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure the app has permission to send notifications
- Check that your device is not in Do Not Disturb mode
- Restart the app and try again
- If the problem persists, contact support with details about your device and the issue
Can I request a refund?
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled through your app store (Google Play or Apple App Store). Please refer to their refund policies and request a refund directly through the app store.
